Comme des Garçons Homme Reversible Boiled Wool Raw Hem Work Jacket AW2001

Two-Way Reversible Work Jacket.
Elongated Arms. Work Collar. YKK Zipper hardware. Angled pockets.
One side features gorgeous boiled wool with raw hem detailing.
The alternative side features a heavy polyester more commonly found on bomber jackets (MA-1 style).
During this time period (1999 – 2001) CDGH experimented a lot with layering and reversible pieces. This is probably the best executed garment of this vision, from this period. Designed by Keiichi Tanaka (creative director for CDGH 1993 – 2003). We have come across other pieces from this period that were two-way reversible, but none as perfectly executed.
